Follow up appointments are usually done one or two weeks following the initially consultation and then spread out further as you improve to enable you to do your program on your own. The consultation goes for 40 minutes during which time I will check how you are progressing and make changes to your program if necessary. During this time we can also address problems you may be having… practical issues, mental roadblocks that may be contributing to you having difficulty doing your program or unhelpful thoughts/beliefs that may be affecting your recovery.
