Gratitude and Giving Kids Workshop &

Joyful Relaxed Mini Retreat for Teen Girls

Date: (Kids) Tuesday December 18, 2-4.30

(Teen Girls) Wednesday December 19, 1.30-5

Kids (5-12) workshop will focus on exploring gratitude, in this time when children are often focused on what they will receive. They will get to create a gift to give to someone, and will move, breathe, rest and have fun. 

Teen Girls (12-16) If your teenage girl would like some space to meet other like minded girls, be creative and restore after a busy term, tell her about this workshop. She will get to create her own oil blend, make new friends, try some yoga and mindful activities. She will be focused on what brings her joy and calm, and connect deeply with herself in a non judgmental, supportive, nurturing environment.

These workshops/retreats are being run by Siobhan and Kathryn, two experienced children's yoga teachers.

I have found that after almost 2 years of yoga classes with Sonja I have seamlessly progressed my level of flexibility and strength. Challenges are offered and are perfectly balanced with periods of resting and relaxation. Students with particular functional issues are not neglected while the class continues to work constructively. I always walk out the door feeling empowered physically and mentally.
