Kids Yoga

Specialised and fun children's classes designed specifically for  boys and girls by a registered children's yoga teacher.

Help children connect their inner calm so they can learn to navigate the ups and downs of life. Help children to deal with difficult emotions that rise up from time to time and to find a place of less reaction and more response. 

 Improve strength, flexibility, balance and confidence in their bodies in a non -competitive and fully accepting  environment.

I have found that after almost 2 years of yoga classes with Sonja I have seamlessly progressed my level of flexibility and strength. Challenges are offered and are perfectly balanced with periods of resting and relaxation. Students with particular functional issues are not neglected while the class continues to work constructively. I always walk out the door feeling empowered physically and mentally.
