I have come from a dance (classical ballet and tap dancing) and teaching background and have always enjoyed keeping active and healthy. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years and the flexibility and strength that come from a regular yoga practice complement my cardio training and my love of walking long distances. Discovering even more benefits for my mind and body through Restorative and Yin yoga a few years ago, led me to embark on some teacher training in this field. I have completed 350 hrs. teacher training through Pine Rivers Yoga Teacher Training & am a Yoga Australia registered teacher. I have also done extra training in the fields of Yoga for Healthy Ageing & Yin Yoga with IYTA international teacher trainer Sarah Manning & some more Restorative training with Lizzie Lasater. Part of my time is spent working in the field of palliative care and Yin yoga have helped to bring balance into my life. I feel immense gratitude that I am able to help people to bring some stillness into their lives when they attend a Yin Yoga Class with me. I look forward to sharing this time FOR you, WITH you.
